Q: Which device platform is the test based on?
Test will be available on PC and Android devices.
Q: How do I register for the test?
Test accounts registration is limited and provided on a first come first served basis. Beyonders please download, install the game and register as soon as possible.
*Test accounts are not affiliated to pre-registration accounts. Therefore even if you pre-registered on the official website, you still need to download and register in the game.
Q: When does the test start and how long does it last?
PC: The PC technical test package will be available for download and play on May 23rd at 7:00 PM PDT. The PC technical test ends on June 2nd at 7:00 AM PDT.
Android: The Android test package will be available for download on May 24th at 7:00 PM PDT. There will be a one-day Trial Run and a Beta Test for the Android platform.
Trial Run: May 24th 7:00 PM PDT to May 25th 7:00 PM PDT.
Beta Test: May 26th 7:00 AM PDT to June 2nd 7:00 AM PDT.
Q: What’s the difference between the one-day Trial Run and the Beta Test on Android?
To optimize gaming experience for Android, a small-scale one-day Trial Run will be held before the Beta Test. This Trial Run aims to check server stability and resolve game glitches. The game may be unstable or unable to launch during Trial Run.
Trail Run account registration is also limited on a first come first serve basis.The test ends on May 25th, then the game server will reset and erase all in-game data. Beyonders participated in the Trial Run may not be able to keep their game progress for the Beta Test.
Trial Run and Beta Test shares the same package. Beyonders only need to download and install once for both rounds of tests. Beyonders who wish to not partake in the Trial Run, please wait until Beta Test opens to register. Thank you for your understanding.

Q: Where can I download packages for the test?
For the PC version, you can download on our official website: https://www.projecteoe.com/index.html
For the Android version, the Trial Run can be installed in TAPTAP. The Beta Test can be installed in Google Store.
We will also post the download links on E.O.E’s Facebook/Twitter/Discord. Moreover, if you have pre-registered on our official website, you will receive an email reminder containing the links.

Q: What language is supported in E.O.E?
Only English will be available for this test.
Account-Related & Other
Q: Does this test feature cross-play?
This test does not support cross-platform, so PC and the Android version are separated.
Q: How do I sign up after installing the game?
Beyonders can use Gmail, Twitter ,and Facebook account to sign up in-game.
Q: Will players keep their progress after the test ends?
No, all in-game progress will be wiped at the end of the test. The server will shut down and all account information will be deleted.
Q: How do I report bugs?
Please find “Customer Service” in the system menu and submit issues from there.
Q: How to submit suggestions to the game?
You can submit through “Survey” in the system menu. We encourage Beyonders to submit suggestions anytime during gameplay, and we have prepared rewards for Beyonders who offer suggestions.
Q: Can I talk / post / create content about/ or stream this test?
Yes, as long as the content follows the rules of the sharing platform.
As E.O.E is still developing, the content of this test does not represent the final quality of the game.
The final interpretation of the test belongs to the E.O.E Development Team.
